Yes! We love custom items! It is simple to do, fill out our custom order form and we will get back to you within 3 business days.
For custom signage and laser-cut items, please order at least 2-3 weeks in advance.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on availability and order type. Please fill out the inquiry form if you need an order rushed.
Because many of our items are personalized, cancellations are not accepted once production begins. Please reach out as soon as possible if an issue arises.
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure to carefully review all details, including spelling, dates, and text, before placing your order as the text is copied exactly as provided.
While we take great care in crafting and packaging each item, if your order arrives damaged or with an error (such as a misspelling), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue including the outside of the package, a full photo of the product and a close up of the error/damage. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we will work with you to make it right.
